[Patch] Fix OpenBSD compile errors

Reported by: tj Assigned to: davea
Priority: Minor Milestone: Undetermined
Component: Client - Build Version:
Keywords: FreeBSD patch Cc:

Description

I wanted to see if i could get boinc-client to work on my OpenBSD boxes, and after some hacking i got it to compile and run. I've attached a tiny pacth to fix 3 issues. Memory detection and two missing includes.

_autosetup still does not detect m4 correctly. However, just skipping the test works fine. I think someone needs to add a special case for openbsd?
