Screen Saver does not display if 'on resume, password protect' is selected

Description

When BOINC is selected as the screen saver, the project graphics will not be displayed if the user has selected 'on resume, password protect'.

This is a bug that is definitely in 5.10 and probably in 5.8 as well.

This occurs at least on Windows XP.

This has been reported before and deemed a driver issue. See ticket #68

Please reopen that one and add to it if need be.
