Windows Sys Tray Annoyance

Description

For a while now I have noticed this slight annoyance, rather than explain it in full please see this image http://img83.imageshack.us/img83/2798/boincwt4.jpg notice that BOINC has no title, this is slightly annoying as every time I reboot it forgets the setting I have assigned to always show in the sys tray, it did used to be called BOINC but all of a sudden it has changed. Could we have it back to normal ASAP

I just attached a path that fixes this issue. However, adding a title makes windows show it as tooltip when the mouse cursor is placed upon the tray icon. This was probably the reason why the title was left blank if balloons can be used. However, the displaying of these balloons is not influenced by this patch and works as before. The only difference is that the tooltip may be shown until the balloon appears.
