missing command in boinc_cmd's help message

Description

boinc_cmd's help message does not list the --read_global_prefs_override command. A patch for this is attached.

This bug has been fixed by David Anderson in r12783 and can be closed now. It seems that I have not the needed permissions to do this myself.
