I am not sure its bug or my computer it's fail with EIST. When I changed BOINC to 50% usage processor it's still using 100% and jump to 50%.


Its a bit harmful for processor because everytime it's changing speed from 2400 to 3800Mhz.

There is no other applications in background.

First off, with a signature like that I can only assume that you are a spammer. I'd appreciate it if you took it away. Don't add it to your profile or as the account URL either, as then your account will be auto-banned by the anti-spam script within 24 hours.

Second, if you are genuinely asking if this is normal, then I can say that yes it's normal. It's the way that BOINC uses the the throttle function. For all the timings, see this BOINC FAQ.

Hello @Ageless again.
I had to do something to fix this problem. Using settings wasn't helpfull so I found solution and make a guide. I hope it would be usefull for someone with similar problems or you have better idea :P
