I've noticed for quite awhile now on 3 different machines, that in linux (openSuse 13.1 kde 4.11.5) , when you minimize boinc to the system tray it leaves its task bar icon in place just like if you minimized a normal window. So looking at the far right of the task bar you see the system tray icon and over to the left aways in amongst all the other window icons on the task bar is boinc.
Can this be fixed? I'm not sure if its boinc code or a kde issue as I only have the boinc app that works like this.

Simple questions first:
1. Which BOINC version is this?
2. Installed from Berkeley or from package manager?
2a. If from package manager, you'll have to ask the package maintainer, as he's the person building that BOINC to be able to work with your Linux distro. We don't know what he adds all or removes to make that work.
