I just downloaded the software, clicked to create accounts as directed for projects, see projects in my BOINC account, but my BOINC Manger on my desktop doesn't show any projects no matter how many times I click "synchronize." Also, I can't see if anything is running. I'm thinking if this is too hard to set up, I'll just delete this program, but before I do, and since it seems to be working for many, many others, what's up? Why are my programs not populating in the BOINC Manager? Did I miss a step? Thank you!

Since you say you click 'synchronize', I'm assuming you are using an account manager. Which one do you use, Grid Republic, BOINC Account Manager? Did you add projects through the account manager's web site?

If you didn't mean to add projects through an account manager, try to use the Tools->Add projects->Add project option.
