I have run out of allocated disk space for BOINC. I believe in the past I went into the BOINC folder and cleared some of the data out of there, but I don't remember how to tell if it was already processed, or still being used. Anyone have any ideas on this?

Probably the easiest and safest way would be to do the detach and reattach each project.

In BOINC manager on the projects tab select the project and then on the left side a remove button should be shown. Select that and it will remove the entire project and their files. If you have any unprocessed work it too will be removed, so best to finish off what you have first and report it (ie do a project update). After that you will need to add the project again.

The other files you might want to manually delete would be the std*.* files which are the various logging files. They are located in the BOINC data folder. Do this with BOINC shut down. It will recreate them when it starts up.

The other option is to increase the allocated space since disc space is cheap, you can do that by going to your computing preferences page of your favourite project, or by adjusting it in Boinc Manager.
