Running Ver. 7.0.64 (64 Bit)
Boinc now always going to the Notices panel when opened, even if none of them are new and I've opened that tab before. Side effects of this is that Boinc is triggering some sort of attention flag to Windows and puts the icon on the open task bar, which will then no longer automatically hide until I revisit the Boinc Mgr and click on the Tasks tab and close the window. Moments later, it will do it again. This behaviour started about a month ago.
Things I've tried: Uninstall BOINC Mgr and re-install. Reset all the Projects. Delete all the projects and reattach them.

Nothing stopped the activity. This might be a bug? Anybody else seeing this?

BOINC Manager->Tools->Options->Set Notices reminder interval to Never->OK.
