Hi all, I let the computer run all night and when I looked at the BOINC Manager this morning I realized that only GPU tasks were running all of a sudden. No CPU tasks. I checked the settings and they are alright. What happened? Any clue? Appreciate your help on this. /Thomas |

Hi all, What Boinc version? What project? What application? Do you have any CPU tasks? Does that project have any CPU tasks to send for the CPU applications you're running? Posting the Event log sometimes helps to fill in the Blanks. Claggy |

Are you by any chance related to 'The Great Sun Jester' at SETI? I am not getting work units for my CPUs |

Then suddenly no more CPU work packages were received and processed. |

With this Boinc release it was working fine for quite a while. Looking at your host ID's at your projects shows you have some MilkyWay@Home N-Body Simulation v1.18 (mt) tasks, they should be fully occupying your CPU: All MilkyWay@Home N-Body Simulation tasks for computer 467996 Claggy |

I could fix the Problem. I just reset one of my projects in the BOINC Manager to delete all of its apps and workpackages. Then BOINC started to download the apps and new workpackages which solved the problem. Now I can chrunch with both CPU and GPU again at the same time. Thanks for your help. |
