Hi All,

I'm running BOINC 7.0.28 (x64) on Windows 8 Pro x64. I've added a few programs to the 'Exclusive Applications' list, but none of them seem to stop BOINC from running it's calculations.

In all cases i have used the .exe name of the program when it is running, not a launcher or anything like that.

Any ideas on what the problem is?

Here are some examples of the lines from the cc_config.xml after entering the programs:
<exclusive_app>arma2.exe</exclusive_app>
<exclusive_app>arma2oa.exe</exclusive_app>
<exclusive_app>arma3.exe</exclusive_app>
<exclusive_app>vmconnect.exe</exclusive_app>

Argh, I'm dumb, just noticed that I must have ticked 'Run Always' under the activity menu by accident, rather than 'Run Based on Preferences'.

That, unsurprisingly, has fixed it.
