I apologize if this has been dealt with in another thread, but I searched and couldn't find it.

I'm getting the error above when BOINC is running. The error isn't specific enough to tell me which app is doing it, but when I stop CPDN, the error stops. When I restart a CPDN task I get the error almost immediately.

I'm running Windows 8.

The BOINC client is 7.0.28(x64).

The application is "UK Met Office coupled Model Full Resolution Ocean 6.07" and the Name is hadcm3n_u4rg_2020_40_008336734_0.

Since the problem stops when you stop CPDN, you'll have to ask them about it. http://climateapps2.oerc.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/forum_index.php

I have been seeing and ignoring this message for a while and have no idea what it means nor how to deal with it. Shall I just stop contributing time to Boinc? Please send your reply to my logon address or a notice that one has been posted and where. Thank you.

No-One knows what your logon address is, so no-one can send anything to it, they might PM you, but if you haven't enabled notifications by email then you'll never know.

If this is your computer and you think you are seeing this popup message when running climate models I suggest you click on 'Message boards and support' in the blue menu on the left there and start a new thread for yourself in the Number Crunching section of the CPDN forum.
