I am not seeing seti@home showing in the BOINC "add project" list on every computer. Only 3 of 8 computers have it in the list, the other 5 don't. Why would this be happening? Why would seti@home not show up in the add projects list for certain computers?

In addition, two of the computers crash when I try adding a new project. The radio button is selected for Add project, upon pressing the "next" button BOINC disappears.

I just saw my crystal orb make a detour away from me, it does not want to give me more information about your set ups, so please could you pass by at this thread and glean at what info we might need further?

To re-phrase: I am trying to include the project seti@home on my computers. seti@home does not show up on all the computers "in the list" so I cannot choose it. It shows up in the "add project" list only on computers 1,2 and 4. Computers 1-8 have installed only the operating system, BOINC, Vue render cow and After Effects render engine. Nothing else.

(I really don't know why any of this info is important except the BOINC version since this is a software issue, not hardware.)

There have been problems with the online list that BOINC uses to update its projects from. These problems have been fixed, so any of your clients should by now have contacted the BOINC server and gotten a new list with all the right entries.

I asked for your local setup, not necessarily complete details of your systems, so as to see if it was perhaps OS/permission related. Sorry I wasn't clear enough, all I needed was your BOINC version and OS.
