Hi everyone,

I've just written a guide on configuring BOIC on EC2: http://www.boinc-wiki.info/Installing_The_BOINC_Client_Software_on_Amazon_EC2_(Linux). It demonstrates how to configure spot instances, which are much cheaper than always-on instances.

If you want to incorporate it into the official wiki please go ahead! :)

Has anyone created a GPU AMI for Linux or been able to install BOINC on Amazon Linux? I tried in Ubuntu but I am not too familiar. I can get it on normal Instances. I did it in Win2k8 GPU and was able to pull about 400k per day.
