Is it possible to set any condition like
"If Project A is down load Work-units from Project B and C etc"
It would help, if some one prefer any Project.

Yes, through resource shares set at the projects.
A resource share of zero will be recognized as "Only fetch work from this project when the main project is down or out of work".

So, set project A to RS 100 and projects B and C to RS 0.
You do need a 6.10 client for this to work, while the projects needs to be updated to a latest version of the server software. But lots of them out there are.

I thought resource share should divide the time of 100%, how much percent a project work of an Interval.
In this case, if project "A" send new work units, then all other project stop, until project "A" have no work units.
I think this gets trouble with the project "Deadline".

...then all other project stop, until project "A" have no work units...

They stop requesting new work but not processing already downloaded tasks.
