My Boinc client keeps stopping and when I check Boinc Mgr on Ubuntu 11.10 its saying it is because my computer is not in use.

I just want the client to run all the time but 50% of the time so its not over heating so it will skip a second but still use the CPU and work around the clock.... I have tried every combination of settings and still am unable to get it working all the time.

It constantly stops and the reason it gives is because my computer is "NOT" in use.

Check the following entry in your Computing preferences:
Suspend work if no mouse/keyboard activity in last --- minutes
Needed to enter low-power mode on some computers
