First i am sorry if this is somewhere else. I did try to search for a good long while and did not find anything to answer my question.

Ok i have a question concerning running BOINC client on a PE 2850 server. It is running WHS 2011, 2X 3.8 Xeon with 4 GB RAM, and plenty of storage. The question is why is this system that does nothing but BONIC and once in a great while stream some media remotely or locally not processing very much. This machine is only avg 145 work units. I have a really old P4 3.4 laptop running Vista B that gets at lest twice that, and i use this PC every day while at the office for music and some social media. So is there someone willing to help me configure this to run a bit better on here?

That depends on what you run, which projects are attached to that server?
