The manager should start the client (boinc) automatically.

What happens if you start the client first and then the manager?

When I start the boinc manager it show in the bottom of the window that the network is disconnected! Even when i select the add project option the window that should appear, is not appearing!

I'm pretty sure it says "not connected to localhost" and not "disconnected from network". Did you start the boinc executable by hand to see what happens?

Please see this snapshot of my boinc manager

Which snapshot? ;-)
