When I install the latest BOINC version for my Mac and run the program, I get an error box... stating that I am not currently authorized to run the client and gives me 2 options.

This is odd, because
a) The account that I have on the machine is an admin account... and
b) One of the options given is to select "Yes" to the question regarding non-admin users; which would be fine... if that question ever came up.

Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated...

Jeff

Hi Jeff,

First off, try to run the uninstaller, then the BOINC installer.

The message where you should click Yes is in the Tools for the mac --> Select which user may run BOINC Manager.

You may want to run that AddRemoveUser tool anyway, to check that your administrator account is included.
