Hello there.
I've searched in BOINC FAQ Wiki (http://boinc-doc.net/boinc-wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page) but I can't find an answer to this:
How can I format my computer but still keep all the files and progress of the projects I'm working on? I'm working on ClimatePrediction, SETI and LHC.

Thanks!

Just to be safe, I would set my projects to No New Work and try to drain the cache and manually report my work. (This is not absolutely necessary, just a precaution).
Exit Boinc. Use the Task Manager to make sure that all client have been stopped.
Make a copy of the entire Boinc folder in a safe place.
After your computer is up and running, copy the Boinc folder back to the original location.
Reinstall the same or newer Boinc version on top of it.
Things should start back the way you left it.

In the menu, Suspend.
Watch the running project in the Work tab until it says Suspended, then Exit from BOINC.
Copy the Entire BOINC folder to a dvd. If you zip it first, it'll be smaller, and you won't have to reset every thing to R/W after copying back.
Format hd.
Copy back the BOINC folder. If necessary, change every thing from read only.

It'll be in the Wiki under Backups, or some such, but mostly it will be about cpdn.

edit
Pipped at the post.
