hi,

I've just tried to install the client v5.2.13 on linux, but I got these errors:

tar: Skipping to next header
tar: Archive contains obsolescent base-64 headers
gunzip: stdin: invalid compressed data--crc error
gunzip: stdin: invalid compressed data--length error
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

Assuming the file was truncated I redownloaded it, but the new file is identical and generates the same errors.

btw, the md5sum output for the file I have is
8a72c2a38f471e4961d6e5f7bb3a0439 boinc_5.2.13_i686-pc-linux-gnu.sh

Anyone had the same problem?

cheers,
Rob

Hi,
You probably had a problem when downloading the program as my md5sum is different from yours:
