BM keeps saying PC must reboot

Did you report that to the developers? If not, why not, how else will they know about it? It happens on a relatively small number of machines, but as far as I know it's a permissions problem that the present installer has. 6.10 should come with a new installer (not the Windows installer), which should do this better.
