Hello,

I've compiled the core client (6.4.7 version) with Visual C++ 2008 Express on a 32 bits Vista. The manager works fine but when I try to run boinc.exe this error appears:

Runtime Error:

R6034
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly. Please contact the application support team for more information.

And after that: Error starting the aplication (0xc0000142)

I thought it was a manifest error, but I copied Microsoft.VC90.CRT.manifest, msvcp90.dll, msvcr90.dll and msvcm90.dll from the "redist" directory of VS and It still doesn't work.

Can somebody help me?

Thank you very much.

You will have to compile the OpenSSL, zlib and libCurl library files with VC 2008 as well. See Compileclient for more information.

I must say, I haven't managed to get the lib files to work with VC 2008 Express, even after I compiled them from source. Hopefully you have more success.
