Trend Micro antivirus software on my computers is having issues with an apparent astropulse (SETI?) software down load. It is labeling the web address as malicious. Can you verify if this address is a valid BOINC update or is, in fact, malicious?

There is an option for Trend Micro users to submit a request to reclassify a web address as safe, but I'm sure it carries more weight if it comes from a BOINC administrator. Thanks

It is a verified address. What happens is this: Your BOINC contacts the scheduler at Seti to ask for work, or new applications. The scheduler checks what server that they are on and moves your request onwards internally at Seti.

See this thread at Seti.
