I have three projects running on a 2-core system. So far they evenly divided the available resources, ie taking turns.

But a few hours ago one of the projects got another workunit and so it effectively doubled it's computing time. The two workunits are running simultaniously now, so that one project gets all the resources. Also with a total of 4 workunits it probably will have at least one of its two units running at any given time, while the other projects only run 66% of the time.

Is that supposed to happen?
