Hi

If we install boinc client on Windows system as service, does the client software run even if users are not logged in. Is this a preference that can be set in the client?

We want clients to be running @ night , when users are not working on their machines.

Please clarify

The service install lets BOINC run when no one is logged in. You don't need to set a preference for it in the client, it's just the way you install it.

Do know that it will run at all times then, unless you set BOINC to not run when the computer is in use, or use the time restriction to run (Only run between the hours of x and y).
