Hi,

I've downloaded the new diamond, and installed it over my previous latest 5.8.x.

However, at the end of the installation, I get a dialog box saying

BOINC Installer Information
Internal Error 2753. boincmgr.exe
OK

Looking in the boinc folder, I don't see a boincmgr.exe file. I can run boinc.exe, which executes boinc in command line, but of course, that's NOT the idea.

I have repaired the installation but still can't get it to install the manager.

Couple of questions for the experts...

If I remove (from Control Panel, registry, etc.), and the Install (fresh install), will it recognize my settings? (projects, tasks, etc.)?
