But it still won't download extra work if another project is in trouble getting the result out in time.

Thanks. I wanted to make sure before going above .05. With lots of projects attached, it could quickly get out of hand if it was per project.

It's also still dependent on the long term debt. It won't make projects with big LTD download extra work.
