I want to create a dispaly for my desktop that shows boinc tasks progress, is there an way or file to relrive the info?

a. If you meant like a progress bar on the running result:
All result progress is written to client_state.xml and backed up to client_state_prev.xml whenever BOINC writes to disk.

b. If you meant like a statistics line on done results:
Projects write their information to the statistics_*.xml files in your BOINC directory upon every scheduler contact.

d. You can (and should) use the GUI RPC interface if you are writing some kind of display widget.
