I wanted to ask this on the boards there, but it's impossible. perhaps someone here can help with an answer.

Predictor tries a restart with some new application. I wanted to rejoin, but didn't succeed (scheduler is disabled). Disabled scheduler is OK during relaunch, probably some problems.
But...
I can read the fora @Predictor quite well, but when I try to post I only get this:
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /export/projects/predictor/html/inc/forum_email.inc on line 61

As the forum software is afaik packaged with Boinc (and it usually works quite fine) something has to be broken over there.

Does anyone have any clues (and be it some contact to the project team)?

Been there, done that ;)
But asking more people cannot be that wrong, and such an email has to be cluttered with spam, some more "intimate" adress of the staff themself would probably be more responsive.

Amnd since this is the place for those who write the whole package (unlike me, I just use it), and some part of that (not the app or any project stuff) seems to be broken, I think it's appropriate to ask here as well.

Edit:

Everything's back and seems to work again.

If you can't attach, it's because get_project_config.php is also broken (not disabled). I can't tell about the scheduler though. I should be able to attach without get_project_config using BAM...

I tried the attach via BAM!, and failed. But now the scheduler is on again and I succeded. I got my first dTASSER and hope it will not fail through crunching ;)

I've tried it yesterday when it was still failing. I've got it by copying my Predictor account xml file from Windows to Linux host (I had to reinstall my Linux host after disk crash during the Predictor's idle time and was not attached). After Boinc restart it was there :-)

As now the attaching seem to work, such wizardery is not more necessary.
