Hello,

I am newly introduced to BOINC project and truly got interested in volunteering the idle pc time. However, the brief project introductions are truly appealing and I want to contribute more than just idle time. I am myself a Scientist and would like to know: What do I learn from just volunteering to various projects and how do I contribute to them? Kindly let me know on these two aspects apart from just giving away idle pc time?

This sounds like a question for the individual project administrators.
