Unable to open Web Browser

I do not have epiphany installed, and can't find where I should fix this: execvp(epiphany, http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/) failed with error 13! execvp(epiphany, http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/stat/viewGlobal.do) failed with error 13! execvp(epiphany, http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/device/viewProfiles.do) failed with error 13! execvp(epiphany, http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/viewMyMemberPage.do) failed with error 13! execvp(epiphany, http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/stat/viewGlobal.do) failed with error 13! You apparently installed GNOME without its standard browser. It's in standard applications, first tab will ask you what browser you want to use. Fill in the custom web browser you want it to use. This little workaround works for my installation (Mandriva 2007): open a new file epiphany in a directory what is listed in your PATH variable. I did it in /usr/bin : vi epiphany enter the following line (maybe the path to firefox needs to become adapted for your installation. Check with "which firefox"): /usr/bin/firefox $* save and leave vi (or the editor you use). Make this file executable: chmod u+x epiphany Start up the boinc manager and be happy about some more working buttons :-) dan ID: 7285 ·
