I can't remember my pw and can't get into my account. I requested to change my pw 3 times but not getting boinc email to reset. I looked in trash and ran a search for anything with BOINC in it, but there was nothing.

I've been a part of the boinc since 2010, or earlier and lost a lot of credit (can't remember the reason at this point - acct. problems probably) I don't want to lose the credit I have with climate prediction. It is my most important project by far. Please help

The answer is in the Projects section in the thread CPDN Offline Again (second act):

The problem has been identified that the university SMTP server has been reconfigured to not allow sending from non university domains. Therefore I have a ticket in to ask to have CPDN.org added to the list of approved senders.

Several others are also waiting for this to be fixed.

Also have a read of the most recent post in the News section at the top of the cpdn Message boards.
This should get you back in, IF you still have the BOINC stuff on your computer.
