I'm attempting to use the command line flag for boincmgr to specify the IP of the client I wish to connect to.

However it does not seem to function as intended, or I am missing something obvious. BOINC Manager is launched, but remains in a disconnected state, after which I can connect to the intended IP manually, defeating the purpose of using the CLI flag.

User error on my part.

What's more is that no connection information is provided by the --verbose flag, in fact, I have never seen the --verbose flag have any additional output whatsoever during a user session.

*edit* I still find it interesting that --verbose is not behaving as expected.
