The CPU benchmark is only finding one CPU when I have two. How to fix this?

Did you tell BOINC under the preferences of any of the projects that you are crunching for that you are using two (or more) CPUs? Like at Your Account for Seti, under General Preferences, you'll find an entry called "On multiprocessors, use at most x processors".

Change the preference, save the changes to the website.
Then open BOINC Manager, Projects tab, select Seti, press Update.
Advanced, re-run benchmarks.
