I have tried and tried to get the client to detect my GPU's. I simply can't get it working. I have tried various versions of Ubuntu so far with no success. In Ubuntu 15.04 I managed to even get the OS to install the proper drivers for my card and the environment had no trouble changing resolutions, and adding hardware acceleration via the proprietary AMD drivers. Some applications even worked where they hadn't before, but I still couldn't get Boinc to detect my GPU's. I have Tahiti cards and apparently they're best under linux if I could just manage to get the application to recognize them. UGH.
