Failure to connect under macOS Sierra

Drounal Send message Joined: 10 Oct 16 Posts: 11	Message 73188 - Posted: 10 Oct 2016, 9:48:07 UTC Hi everyone, After years of absence, I recently decided I would get back to using BOINC. I reinstalled the stable version (7.6.22) but it failed to connect: when I start BOINC manager, the main window opens and simply reads "data reception ongoing" (loosely translated, since my computer is in Italian). Nothing ever goes any further than that. I later switched to version 7.6.33 with no difference. I tried deactivating my firewall, to no avail. I am currently running macOS Sierra 10.12.1.
