Hello All

I'd like to be able to reduce the % of cores used when running an exclusive app instead of suspending processing entirely. Even if this could be done by config that would be grand. Why, you might wonder? My home PC pretty much does gaming so it only gets to do work for a fraction of the time with exclusivity on. My FPS runs fine with up to 4 CPUs active so that's a lot of wastage.

Please consider..
